Open Positions

Job Duties
  • Performs tasks involving physical labor at building construction projects
  • May operate a variety of hand and power tools
  • May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials
  • Unload, carry, place, and secure with tie wire concrete reinforcing steel and accessories
  • Manually excavates and fills trenches and ditches
  • Handles and stores materials
  • Placement and finishing of concrete utilizing hand and power tools including troweling machines
  • Preparations for concrete pour including installing embedded items and cleaning
  • Concrete patching, repairing, and rubbing
  • Construct built-in-place or prefabricated wooden forms, according to specs, for molding concrete structures
  • Assist in demolishing activities
  • Operate pneumatic hammers, vibrators and tampers
  • Operate electric powered tools
  • Signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance
  • Follow safety rules

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience working on sitework infrastructure project preferred
  • Valid TX driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • 6 months to one year of construction experience is preferred
  • Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions
  • Some knowledge of the proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in heavy construction work
  • Some knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions
  • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing
  • Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
  • Ability to understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions
  • Ability to meet punctuality and attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

Pay Requirements
  • +$18 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Monthly bounes after 90 days of employment

Job Duties
  • Effienctly operate a variety of light and heavy equipment involved in sitework construction
  • Operate rollers, graders, backhoes, excavators, front-end loaders, skid steers, dump trucks, or bulldozers effienctly
  • Performs preventive maintenance inspections, routine servicing, and minor repairs on equipment.
  • Ensures adherence to safety standards when operating equipment.
  • Prepares and maintains records, files, and reports on timekeeping, equipment, inventory, and accidents.
  • Inspects equipment to ensure that it meets specifications.
  • May perform other work as directed during emergency situations such as floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, accidents, and hazardous material spills.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • +$22 per hour with eligible increases after 90 days

  • Installation of Utilities: Install waterlines, sewerlines, and related utility infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Operation of Equipment: Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as excavators, backhoes, and trenchers to complete installations safely and efficiently.
  • Inspection and Maintenance: Perform regular inspections of installed systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local codes.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and repair any issues with utility systems, including leaks, breaks, and other malfunctions.
  • Site Preparation: Assist with preparing sites for installations, including excavation, clearing, and leveling the ground.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself, your team, and the public.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, equipment usage, and inspection results.
